Strictly necessary

These make the shop and sign-in work. They’re always on, and none of them is used for advertising.

• Your bag and the candle you’re making (hw-draft-v1, in this tab’s session storage): so a refresh never loses a label. It clears when you close the tab.
• The sign-in cookie (wos-session), set by WorkOS when a family member signs in, plus a short-lived cookie while you sign in.
• Your privacy choice itself, saved on this device, so we don’t ask again.
• Stripe’s cookies on the checkout page (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid), used to keep payments safe and prevent fraud.

How you found us (first-party)

hw-utm-v1 (in local storage): the campaign tags in the link you first arrived on and the website that sent you. It stays on your device and is sent to us only with an order, so we know which of our posts or ads worked. It is not shared with ad platforms.

Analytics and marketing

These load on our shop pages only, and only as your choice allows. They never load on family pages or the tap page.

• Meta Pixel: _fbp and _fbc (usually about 90 days). Our server also sends shopping events to Meta through its Conversions API, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• TikTok Pixel: _ttp (usually about 13 months).
• Google Analytics 4 and the Google tag: _ga and _ga_<ID> (usually up to 2 years) and _gid (24 hours).
• Pinterest tag: _pin_unauth (usually about 1 year).

These companies set and control their own cookies, and may change their names or how long they last.

Your choice

US visitors: analytics and marketing tags load by default. Turn them off any time with Your privacy choices (also linked in the footer of every page). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as that opt-out.

EU, EEA, UK and Swiss visitors: none of them loads until you tap Accept. You can change your mind the same way.

Your choice is saved on this device and browser, so you’ll need to set it again on another phone or after clearing your browser’s data. Turning tags off stops new tracking from this site; it doesn’t delete what an ad platform already has. You can also block cookies in your browser’s settings; the shop still works without the marketing ones.
